Barbados – the easternmost part of the Caribbean islands – here Kenneth was born. Grown up with the spirit of Caribbean Calypso rhythms and Reggae music Kenneth entered the business that means the world firstly as a Jazz dancer. Later on he inspired his audience as a fire/eater with his unique fire/show and his – to date – record-breaking performances.

Kenneth started working in show biz as a part-time entertainer, as this is usual in the Carib-bean. In day time he learned hotel business management from the scratch ran a successful pizza Restaurant with the well-rounded name „Pizz-A-King“ and the very popular nightclub „Jupiter“.That way he learned the showbiz inside and out from both sides.

Ken immigrated to the United States where he learnt and taught Jazz/dance for 6 years in Manhattan and collaborated in this time with many stars. When the music took more and more space in his shows Ken met with Actors like Richard Round Tree,Stars from the popu-lar series eight is enough where a charity Tennis match were played, Christopher Lee, sing-ers like Dobby Dobson, and musician\Singer icon Eddy Grant. He has learned to play the E guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, piano, percussion and singing. He combined his musical talent as Director and Choreographer with his capability as a dancer and entertainer under the name Ken/Arts where he opened his Dance Company for Afro and modern jazz Dance, – Kenneth King; the all-rounder has worked around the World and man leading Hotels and the biggest Ship liners in the business! And how else could it be? Kenneth derives from a musical family.

In the beginning of the 80s Kenneth formed his first show band Pyramid. Very successful years followed until he finished his first record production in 1983 on Barbados. Although Kenneth never turned his back on Jazz contempary, limbo/dance and his fire/show com-pletely, he decided on a career as a musician and entertainer in the late 80s. Beside his live gigs Kenneth is still working as a music producer to date and came to Germany with his show in 1992, his new single Do you believe will be release in January 2011.

He quickly made a name for himself here in Germany, So he stayed and found a kind of second home in the Sauerland (southeast Westphalia). In the 90s his timetable may be read like the „Who is who" of film, TV, music and economy. He trod the boards with Engelbert, Pamela Falcon of New York Nights, Francesco Napoli and Olli P. and worked with some of the show biz greats, such as Dahlia Lavi, Jennifer Rush, Heino, Andy Borg, Bata Illic, Ireen Sheer, David Chaney, Chris Norman, Boney M, Linde Fields, Fun Factory, Sacha Jorg Knor,Olaf Henning, Roberto Blanko,Richard Roundtree of the fame movie Shaff,Linda Fields, R. Lewis, Uwe Ochsenknecht, Dante Thomas, Stevie Woods and many many more.

Performances in the big RTL-Christmas-Show in 1993 and other huge galas followed, such as the mega-event in Kaprun "100 years of Milka", the "Kick off Festival" of e-plus in 2002 as well as gigs in the balls of the Federal Press Conference in 2002 and 2008 in Berlin. He toured throughout Japan and Turkey. The group of his customers includes well-known com-panies, like Telekom, Mercedes, BMW, Bertelsmann AG, Sinn Leffers,FC Koln and FC Schalke 04.

Since November 2008 Kenneth King can be experienced regularly with the „4Tops“ at „STARS IN CONCERT“ in the entertainment hotel Estrel in Berlin. He also raised a huge following as double of Lionel Richie and Stevie Wonder all throughout Europe. He can bare-ly be distinguished from the original, as he possesses the talent to take in scene vocals and expression skillfully.

In the same year professor Folkert Klaasen produced a music CD for UNICEF. Among others the song "The whole world in our hands" had been developed with Ken's support. Being as busy and finding time for own projects and CD releases, such as "Sweet Barbados" and "Simply me" lastly (in 2003) is almost a miracle, because up to 200 gigs per year are normal business. His outfits and costumes for the stage are home-tailored and for taking some recreation time he refurbishes old furniture as a hobby and making his own out-fits. Kenneth is a pro to the core and the course for future has already been set. Beside his music productions, shows and gigs as an entertainer he works as vocal coach. But the best is yet to come:
